After all the excitement in the Scar’s Kingdom update, the developers have followed it up with another one where players can explore the Toy Story Realm.

Players can complete new story arcs and quests with their favorite characters Buzz Lightyear and Woody. What is unique is that when you enter this Realm, things are larger than life or you’ve shrunken down to toy size.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Woody’s quest issues

However, several Disney Dreamlight Valley players are now reporting an issue where they can’t get the last ‘Popsicle stick’ in Woody’s quest and hence can’t complete it (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

When players return to the Toy Story realm, Woody asks them to get ice pop sticks and pipe cleaners in order to rebuild the farm.

In the quest, the ice pop sticks are stuck in chewed gum, while the pipe cleaners are attached to lollipops glued to the floor. Players must use a shovel to collect the sticks, while the pickaxe can mine the pipe cleaners.

However, the issue prevents players from obtaining the last popsicle stick because they fall into the bed and disappear, or in other situations, it is still in the box.

Dear DDVL team, I’m desperate because I can’t get Woody because of the missing popsicle stick. I play on the Switch. What is the solution?

Can you fix the buzz and woody mission!? I can’t get the last popsicle stick because it launched itself under the bed and I cannot get it no matter what I do! I can’t progress or complete the quest to get woody :/

The popsicle stick isn’t the only item missing as several players are unable to get ‘Pipe cleaner’ in Woody’s quest as well (1,2,3,4,5).

I’m assuming others have had this issue… it says I have 1 ice pop stick and 1 pipe cleaner left to find in the Toy Story realm quest, but there is nothing more to find, I’ve looked in all the spots. I’ve restarted my consoles, I play on Xbox and switch. Ideas?

This is a bothersome problem since it stops players from befriending Woody and completing the quest.

Issue acknowledged

Fortunately, Disney Dreamlight Valley support has acknowledged the issue and said that it is being investigated. However, no timeframe for a fix was provided.

We hope that Disney Dreamlight Valley developers resolve this issue as quickly as possible so that players can progress in Woody’s quest.
