Apple Podcast Wrapped demand upsurges as Music Replay 2022 goes live

‘Tis the season of Wrapped on various platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and more. People from all over the world are sharing stats related to songs, artists, albums, and tunes they listened to, on social media platforms.

Apple even revamped its Apple Music Replay feature to bring the experience closer to the interactive nature of Spotify Wrapped. It appears that when it comes to Apple Podcasts, the Wrapped or Replay feature doesn’t apply.

It seems that Apple Podcasts users (1,2,3,4,5,6) are also demanding a feature like Wrapped or Replay for the year 2022.

I want a wrapped/replay for apple podcasts. I want to be truly horrified by how much time I’ve spent listening to them.

According to reports, some users feel that it’s unfair for them to not have a statistical figure for their Apple Podcasts history like other platforms.

Moreover, it’s quite absurd for Apple to not give a replay of the podcast when they are actively doing so for music listeners.

Nonetheless, Apple Podcasts not giving its users a recap or stats by the end of the year is quite disheartening for those who only listen to audiobooks or podcasts.

No official word in sight

Apple hasn’t commented anything on the matter regarding rolling out a feature like Wrapped or Replay for Apple Podcasts users.

Needless to say, it’ll be interesting to have such a feature. Till then, users can hang on to Spotify Wrapped and keep tabs on their most streamed podcasts.
