Xfinity Stream offers a variety of features ranging from live broadcast channels, cable channels, cloud recordings, and even video on demand.

It is among the best on the market as it allows live streaming of more than 250 channels.

Xfinity Stream channels missing

Having said that, some Xfinity Stream users are reporting an issue where many channels are missing or have suddenly disappeared for them (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9).

The affected subscribers report that whenever they try to view a channel, they receive a message that says ‘It looks like your plan doesn’t include any channels’.

This occurs despite the fact that they have subscriptions to these channels. The problem appears to impact a variety of channels, including Fox News, CNN, and does not appear to be confined to a single one.

This is a really annoying since users have paid for these extra channels but are unable to access them.

@Xfinity @comcast @Roku why does my Xfinity Stream app on Roku have a super limited number of channels now? I want to watch the Vikings-Patriots game, but the channel it’s on isn’t showing for me to select.

@Xfinity just wanted y’all to know my streaming app is STILL not working. I’m quite certain you’ll refund me for however many days I can’t watch the channels I pay a hefty price to be able to watch.

Some have tried troubleshooting methods like logging out of their account and back in, restarting the box, and rebooting the internet, but nothing appears to be working at the moment.

Xfinity support on Twitter has been asking those affected to provide details regarding the issue but they haven’t acknowledged it yet.

Also, one of those affected claimed that this issue is fixed after they had a chat with Xfinity customer care. The agent updated the firmware and then asked them to restart the Xfinity box.

Granted, you can contact Xfinity support and then restart the box using the steps below:

1. Click the (A) button on your Xfinity remote
2. Locate ‘TOOLS’
3. Then press on ‘RESTART’ option.
