The Division 2 is an online-only role-playing game set in the near future. It is the sequel to Tom Clancy’s The Division, which was released in 2016.

In Season 10, players can collect new gear and outfits, as well as tackle new legendary difficulty ‘Strongholds’ missions. This update is free for all owners of The Division 2 Warlords of New York.

The Division 2 ‘Paragon Apparel Event’ items missing

It looks like The Division 2 players are facing another issue with the game. Many say that the ‘Paragon Apparel Event’ items and premium credits are missing for them (1,2,3,4,5).

When players of The Division 2 checked in today, they discovered that many items, such as premium credits, textile currency, and apparel cache keys, were missing.

Progress is also not being tracked, as the Apparel Event information says ‘Next Event Cache Key in 4 levels’ both before and after leveling up.

This applies not only to the present event but also to any Apparel items that players have gathered or purchased during the years of playing.

is this why I lost all my I lost all of my apparel event cache keys ? I only had seven to go please fix asap I don’t have time to refarm them again before the end of the event

Some troubleshooting methods, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, as well as logging in and out of the account, do not appear to resolve the issue.
