Apple recently introduced its latest operating system macOS Ventura which comes with improved search results, redesigned system settings, and more.
However, just like most software updates, it is also not free of bugs and issues that may negatively affect the overall user experience.
macOS Ventura memory leak
I’ve been using lunar client on my Mac (lunar client is a minecraft client/launcher) it keeps telling me to force quit it because it runs out of application memory
It seems that a similar bug with the memory leak popped up last year in Monterey following the update.
Surprisingly, the new Ventura update doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Furthermore, the bug continues to persist in Monterey too for some.
The system is giving users a warning that says ‘Your system has run out of application memory’.
Users are now unable to perform various tasks or play games as their system is consuming abnormally high amounts of memory.
So far, Apple hasn’t commented on the memory leak bug yet. There’s also no workaround that can help fix the issue temporarily.
But as usual, we’ll keep tabs on the issue and update this article as and when something noteworthy comes up.
