[Updated] FIFA 23 Pre-Season Reward Pack from FUT 22 not received? Here's the official word

FIFA 23 offers one of the most hyper-real experiences of playing football in multiple game modes.

EA also brings multiple tweaks and improvements to the FIFA franchise offering an enhanced gaming experience every year.

However, it seems that the game is experiencing some issues with the Pre-Season rewards at the moment.

FIFA 23 players not receiving Pre-Season Reward Pack

Many FIFA 23 players have been reporting an issue where they are not getting their Pre-Season Reward Pack from FIFA 22 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).

I didn’t get any Pre Season Rewards. Same with Icon Loan Pack for 23 games. Nothing. And EA Support is not helping at all 😕

The Pre-Season is the final promotion of FIFA 22 in which players complete the in-game objectives to earn packs in the new title.

However, many have not been receiving their reward pack even after completing the Squad Building Challenges (SBC).

The issue is incredibly frustrating and those affected are now asking to be compensated for not receiving rewards.

Fortunately, EA is aware of the issue where FIFA 23 players are not receiving their Pre-Season Reward Pack.

Apparently, The FUT 22 Pre-Season Reward Packs mistakenly comprised the Gold versions with some active Special Items which prompted the team to currently disable its rollout.

Since there’s no workaround at the moment, those affected may need to wait indefinitely for the team to come up with a fix.

That said, we’ll keep tabs on the issue and update the article when something noteworthy comes up.

11:37 am (IST): FIFA support has announced that the Pre-Season Reward Packs have been re-enabled and that the issue has been fixed.
