Founded in 2003, Utilita Energy is a prevalent electricity and gas supply company in the United Kingdom. It was also the first company in the UK to install smart meters.

They even have their own application called My Utilita available on both iOS and Android. It allows users to check their energy credit or bills and make payments directly from the app.

Furthermore, you can also check how much energy you’ve used, save cards for future payments, apply for a POWER UP, get exclusive rewards, and more.

However, many users have been complaining that the app is currently not working for them. Users say that it is throwing ‘Whoops! Something went wrong’ error for them.

As a result, they aren’t able to check their energy credit, complete their outstanding payments, or access any other feature of the app. Here are some reports for reference:

The issue has been bothering users for the last few days. And while the support team had already acknowledged it previously and later confirmed that its been fixed, many are still facing problems with the app.

And in a recent acknowledgment, My Utilita support said that they are still working to fix the issue with their app. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
