FIFA 23 Haaland SBC compensation pack reportedly still missing for a section of players

Currently, Erling Haaland is among the top strikers in the world. So, when Manchester City signed him this summer, it didn’t come as a surprise to anyone.

To commemorate this transfer, EA released a Haaland SBC in FIFA 23 and players that complete it will receive a Small Rare Gold Players Pack.

But instead, certain FIFA 23 players were given tradable packs. EA acknowledged this issue and assured everyone who completed the SBC that they will get a compensation pack.

According to reports, EA has not kept its word, as many FIFA 23 players are still missing the Haaland SBC compensation pack (1,2,3,4,5).

The requirements for Haaland SBC were easy to meet and were generally a good value for money for an untradable Small Rare Gold Players Pack.

However, owing to a bug, some players instead received a tradable pack. As a result, EA decided to reward everyone who completed this SBC with an untradable version of the pack.

@EAHelp I completed the haaland transfer sbc and I still haven’t recieved my compensation pack even though everyone else has. Also, whats the word on the 25k hero pack compensation? You are about to lose a loyal FIFA customer.

Recently, EA support issued a statement noting that this issue had been addressed and all impacted players compensated:

However, reports are still pouring in from the affected FIFA 23 players that say they still haven’t received the compensation pack (1,2,3,4,5).

I completed And I haven’t recieved my Haaland sbc compensation and I haven’t recieved my preseason rewards either and no one replies back @EAFIFADirect @EAHelp

We hope that EA investigates this issue and fairly rewards each FIFA 23 player as they did in the past.
