Canvas is an 8-second visual loop that appears in the Now Playing view in a vertical format instead of the album artwork on the Spotify app.

Music artists can add Canvas to any track, including their upcoming releases, and draw listeners in. It’s an innovative and intriguing approach for them to express their creativity.

The Canvas feature has been accessible on some Spotify users’ accounts for months. However, it abruptly stopped functioning for an unclear reason.

After checking the settings section of the Spotify app, users discovered that they no longer have the option to toggle the Canvas feature on or off.

Some of them created new Spotify accounts, and those accounts had the Canvas function as well as settings to enable or disable it. However, the feature was still missing when they logged back into their original accounts.

It’s been a while since the canvas has been introduced and I personally have used it, but now there is a slight issue I face. The issue is that no matter what I try, I just cannot see the canvas option in my settings, now I know it’s a problem in my device, but I don’t know the exact problem, and I LOVE THE CANVAS FEATURE since it was introduced, and now, it’s gone.
