Outlook is a web-based email service by Microsoft that allows users to send and receive email messages, manage calendars, and store contact information.
Microsoft also recently introduced a new version of Outlook for Windows to all of its Office testers.
While this is certainly quite exciting, Microsoft still needs to take care of an issue that’s currently troubling iOS users.
Outlook app crashing when ‘Organize by Thread’ is disabled
Many are reporting an issue where the Outlook iOS app keeps showing emails in threads even when the ‘Organize by Thread’ setting is off.
@Outlook why do emails keep organising by thread, even though this setting is turned off in iOS 16? Toggle it on and then off and things are fixed, but only the app restarts. Pretty annoying!

Affected users have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Even clearing the cache in Safari and restarting the device doesn’t seem to fix the problem.
