I’d like to be able to set a time to auto lock at night. I want it to remain unlocked during the day, but at a specific time I want it to be sure it’s secure. Why is something so basic missing?

Can any of you other Lock Bolt users confirm that the auto lock feature is broken? Enable the feature and set it to start at a certain time. Leave the bolt unlocked BEFORE the time comes, and see if it auto locks after the x interval minutes have passed following the set time. It should auto lock, but it doesn’t, it just remains unlocked…

The Auto-Lock feature usually lets users automatically lock their door when it is left unlocked for a certain amount of time.

However, the prevailing issue is preventing this functionality, forcing users to lock or unlock doors manually.

Many feel that the entire purpose of Auto-Lock gets defeated if someone has to manually do it.

Wyze’s official statement

In an official statement released by a Wyze employee, it has been confirmed that the issue where Auto-Lock is not working will be resolved towards the end of this year in an update.
