Garmin Connect is a go-to tool for health and fitness freaks out there. This tool helps you record, track, and analyze your daily physical activity that is collected using your paired Garmin device.
It also provides some cool features to design your own workout routines, earn badges for accomplishing your goals and even sync with other fitness apps like MyFitnessPal.
Garmin Connect app not showing graphs or charts
But according to many reports, Garmin Connect users are having an issue where the graphs or charts for various physical activities are not showing or missing on the iOS app (1,2,3,4).
In order to view these graphs, users have to switch to the last tab of the activity. But when they do that, the tab is completely blank for them.
However, this issue is limited to indoor activities only as many users are able to see the graphs for all other outdoor activities as usual.
In fact, graphs for all activities from the past week are missing as well.
there’s a new garmin connect app bug where the time series graphs are not displaying for indoor rides, this impacts all indoor rides (not only the ones from SMW). I’m assuming it will be patched soon.

Garmin Connect has stopped showing the graphical data from my workouts and I can’t view them from the past week or two of cycling. I have a Garmin Forerunner 945 with Vector 3 pedals so I’d really like to be able to see the breakdown for training rides and sprints. Any ideas how to get this data to show again?

The iOS version of the app seems to be the only one affected, as the graphs or charts are accessible on the Android app and Garmin Connect website.
Some speculate that this issue started for them after the recent Garmin Connect iOS v4.58.0.24 update.
Issue acknowledged
Luckily, a Garmin forum moderator acknowledged this issue and said that they are working on a fix. However, there is no ETA.
That said, we’ll keep track of the situation and post an update if and when there are any further developments regarding the matter.
Update 1 (Sept. 26, 2022)
