This issue with Wyze cameras makes it impossible to hear sound on video recordings through their iPhones running iOS 16. Currently, only saved videos are affected, as audio is working fine on livestreams.
No sound on recorded videos after IOS16 update (only on updated devices)

Official acknowledgment & potential workaround

This means that the integrity of the sound in videos recorded by Wyze cameras is not affected. If you try to play the video on non-iOS 16 devices, you should be able to hear the sound without issues.
The sound is recorded no problem and you should have no problem hearing sound from any non-ios 16 devices. If
