Bet365 winning bets marked as ‘lost’
But according to reports, many Bet365 users are facing an issue where the winning bets are getting marked as ‘lost’ for them. We’ve added some reports for reference (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8).
Users spotted this issue when they were checking their winnings from their previous bets and saw that some of their winning bets were marked as ‘lost’ and are put in the unsettled section of their Bet365 account.
This is unfortunate as users are supposed to be rewarded for bets that they have won. But instead, their money is currently tied-up in these bets and they can’t reinvest it elsewhere.
This issue appears to have popped up recently and is not limited to a certain platform as reports are pouring in from website as well as app users.
@bet365 @bet365ca why are winning bets going from SETTLED to UNSETTLED again??? Also, so many winning bets not being settled at all! What’s going on there?? @WilliamHill @5DimesSB

This entire situation has left Bet365 users incredibly frustrated as they never expected that the largest and most popular online betting company can suffer from a major issue like this.
Also, there seems to be no workaround regarding this issue so, the affected users have to wait for the official fix to be released by Bet365.
Official acknowledgment
Fortunately, Bet365 support has acknowledged the issue and said they are currently working on a fix. However, no ETA was provided.
That being said, stay tuned to PiunikaWeb to know if and when there are any further developments regarding the issue.
