New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on July 1, 2022) follows:

Paladins is a successful multiplayer ‘hero-shooter’ game developed by Hi-Rez Studios that has been available since 2016, even coming to consoles later.

Paladins is a free-to-play game that requires few hardware resources, making it easy to access for anyone who wants to try it out.

Like other similar games, it implements a microtransaction system as a monetization method. You can buy in-game currency with real money and then spend it on items, accessories, etc.

You can use Paladins in-game currency to purchase skins, among other things. However, there is currently an audio bug that causes some skins to have no audio.

Paladins audio bug where characters don’t have any sound

According to reports, many Paladins players have been experiencing an audio bug where the sound coming from a character disappears (partially or even completely).

This leads to a serious problem that negatively impacts gameplay, as you will not be aware of the movement or actions of other characters around you, including rivals.

this is definitely your worst patch to date

Imagine playing ranked where your most important sense is hearing and you depend on it to scout enemy positions, skill usages etc…

And you’re just sitting there like an idiot because half the enemy team has ZERO AUDIO, and i mean LITERALLY ZERO AUDIO no weapon shots no footsteps no ult sounds nothing absolutely nothing.

audio bug?

Playing today wearing my headphones I always use, I couldn’t hear what was happening behind me in multiple matches even things like Skye ult. Is this a bug? Or is it something in my settings? Kinda frustrating

Some Paladins skins would be causing the audio bug

Apparently, the audio bug is present in certain skins, ‘muting’ all or part of the sound coming from those characters that use it.

No sound coming from Saati’s new skin with a booster. Neither from my teammates…
How TF is this supposed to make me want to spend 750 crystals ?
Please tell me, because I really don’t know.

Not even mentioning that her decoy talent is still not fixed or changed…..

Hello! I just wanted to ask if the sound effects on Seris will be fixed 🙁
Also! I noticed the cool effects on Ruby’s obliteration don’t work if you use deafening silence? Idk if that was a known issue it not but I think it’s a shame that it doesn’t work, the effects are b pretty
