The Sims Mobile is a mobile version of the massively popular life simulation game The Sims 4 and The Sims FreePlay that’s available for Android and iOS devices.

‘Wumples Wishlist’ is a limited-time tasks-oriented quest in the game. Players have a chapter to complete each day, after that they have to wait for 24 hours for the next chapter to unlock.

Stickers were added in The Sims Mobile back in the February 2018 update and have been very popular among its fan base. A player receives new stickers when they log in every day.

However, The Sims Mobile players are reporting that they haven’t received the weekly stickers that they were supposed to get.

The above problem results in another. Since players do not have access to this week’s stickers, they are unable to complete a quest (Wumples quest) that requires giving five stickers to another player.

Since there is no ACTIVE STICKER CONTEST, how will one be able to win the Wumples prize? Task #1 from Chapter 5 involves stickering others. Help! @SimGuruSanah #TheSimsMobile

This has caused a huge uproar in The Sims Mobile community as they have been trying to complete the Wumples quest but are unable to do so because of this problem.

Issue under investigation

Fortunately, The Sims Mobile support has responded and said that they are investigating the missing stickers issue.

Unfortunately, there’s still no ETA for a fix but it’s highly likely that players won’t have to wait much longer before the developers resolve the problem.

That said, we’ll keep track of the situation and will post an update if and when there are any further developments regarding the matter.
