It’s pretty normal for people to book tickets of their favorite events and concerts online in order to avoid last minute hush. That’s where Ticketmaster comes in.

Ticketmaster partners with various Event Organizers to make their tickets easily available through its app and website.

But it can be off-putting for many people if the tickets they already bought on Ticketmaster suddenly become unavailable. That said, many people are currently unable to access their tickets.

The issue seems to be affecting a lot of people as is evident by a considerable number of reports on Twitter.

After booking the tickets, the app is showing reserved section and a seat number, but the bar code doesn’t appear. Therefore, it makes the availability of tickets pointless.

Tickets for ‘Chris Rock & Dave Chappelle‘ and ‘Kevin Bridges‘ in Glasgow also appear unavailable for some when in fact, they are obtainable.

Official acknowledgment

Fortunately, Ticketmaster has acknowledged the issue where ‘WWE Clash at the Castle’ and other tickets are not available and said that they will be available to users before the respective event.
