Lloyds Bank is a popular British financial institution whose operations are centered in England and Wales.

The institution offers the full suite of products and services that you can expect from a renowned bank. This includes access to accounts, credits, loans, cards and more.

Similarly, you can access all banking services both from the website and an app for mobile devices.

That said, millions of Lloyds Bank customers are currently unable to check their accounts or perform any online transactions because the institution’s servers are down or not working.

Lloyds Bank services down or not working for many

According to multiple reports, users are experiencing several issues when trying to access their bank accounts or perform any transaction over the internet.

Reports indicate that the app is completely down while the website is notably slow or crashing.

@LloydsBank app and website are down. Their website say everything is ok. Good thing they haven’t shut loads of local branches down. 🙄 As long as the shareholders are happy stuff the customers eh.

Do you know how long it will take to fix the app I don’t have bank cards for this account I only use it for online. I can’t transfer to pay bills that I need to pay within the next hour

Fortunately, the Lloyds Bank team is already aware of the problem and working on a fix. However, there is no timeframe for when all services will resume.

Update 1 (September 30, 2022)

04:10 pm (IST): Lloyds bank app users are again reporting (1, 2) that they aren’t able to login to the app. Users say that the app throws an error that says ‘You’ve been logged out.

Update 2 (January 26, 2023)

08:45 am (IST): Lloyds bank users have taken to Twitter to report (1,2,3,4) that they aren’t able to access the bank’s services online or via the app. The support team on Twitter confirmed that the issue is being looked into.

07:00 pm (IST): As reports of the issue fade away, it’s becoming apparent that the issue has been resolved for most users. An individual took to Twitter to confirm the same.

Update 3 (April 28, 2023)

12:04 pm (IST): There are currently users unable to login to the Lloyds Bank app due to an outage.

04:00 pm (IST): Lloyds Bank app and website are now available again for all its users.

Update 3 (August 1, 2023)

11:54 am (IST): Some user (1,2,3) are reporting that Lloyds Bank services are down or not working.

05:30 pm (IST): The recent outage has been resolved.

Update 4 (October 2, 2023)

12:40 pm (IST): Lloyd bank app is reportedly (1, 2, 3, 4) down or not working for a section of users. As per reports, users are currently having issues with internet banking.

Fortunately, the support team is aware of the current issues with their app and they are working to resolve it.
