Madden NFL 23 is special in that this year EA Sports decided to pay homage to the legendary coach John Madden by featuring him on the cover of the game.

All NFL fans can now enjoy the game as it’s now available to play on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms.

The developers have given key emphasis to the offense and defense in Madden. And as we all know, nothing gets an NFL fan more excited than scoring a touchdown with their favorite player.

Madden NFL 23 Offensive line blocking not working or nerfed

But some Madden 23 players are facing an issue where the Offensive line (O line) blocking is not working or has been nerfed (1,2,3,4,5,6).

Madden NFL 23 has significantly improved this year in the defensive AI department. But the Offensive line blocking element has left so much to be desired.

Players are now complaining that they are constantly getting tackled by the opposition rush even though they have 5-6 players blocking the rush for them.

Since the Offensive line is a single unit, all linemen must work together but AI players in the game just let the rushing player get past them and easily tackle the passer.

This has made the offensive side in the game far inferior and has taken the realism element out of it.

fix the game please. i shouldnt be getting mossd every agg catch @EAMaddenNFL im about to break something. and my oline isnt responding to shit

@EAMaddenNFL @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp can you guys please fix the offensive line in the new update or some near update? most of the time the offensive linemen just stand there and do 0 blocking i probably have 2 seconds tops to throw the ball and it is very annoying.

For a game that is based on a real sport and the fact that developers want to provide a realistic experience to its players, this issue has completely ruined the experience for many.

But unfortunately, there’s no official word on what’s happening and when players can expect a solution. We hope EA takes note and soon releases a patch to fix the issue.

Until then, we will keep an eye out on the latest developments and update this story as and when anything noteworthy comes up.
