Bally Sports app freezing & crashing? You're not alone

Bally Sports app is a dream come true for gamers who want to watch local sports and original programming anywhere.

It lets sports fans stream live games through cable, satellite or streaming packages. One can easily access the streaming services on platforms like Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, iOS, Android, and the web.

But lately, many users (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) are reporting an issue where the Bally Sports app is crashing and freezing while streaming videos. We’ve added a few reports below for reference:

Considering the reports from affected users, the app is randomly fast-forwarding and freezing videos intermittently.

In response, the Bally Sports help team apologized for the inconvenience which rather sounded robotic. But the team has not officially addressed the issue.

Unfortunately, there’s no workaround that can help fix the issue temporarily. This merely adds to the level of frustration for those affected.

That said, users might have to wait a little longer than expected until the team comes up with a fix for the Bally Sports app freezing and crashing issue.
