Fall Guys trophies bugged or not unlocking on PlayStation via cross-progression issue persists, no ETA for fix

Fall Guys is a free, multiplayer and battle royale game developed by Mediatonic. The game is available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

It involves up to 60 players who compete against each other in a series of randomly selected mini-games. The main objective in Fall Guys is to complete an obstacle course or challenge before others.

However, Fall Guys players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) are currently facing an intermittent issue where ‘Infallible Trophies’ are not unlocking on the PlayStation platform via cross progression.

Infallible Trophies not unlocking on PlayStation

Many players have taken to social media sites where reports of ‘PS4 or PS5 version trophies being glitched‘ are emerging. We’ve added a few reports below for reference:

Please give me my level 40 fame trophy on PlayStation I played on my switch and got level 40 and the trophy on my switch and not on my PlayStation

Mind telling me how I’ve won 6 games in a row on Sweet Thieves in #FallGuys and still haven’t received my Infallible Trophy yet? 🙃🥴 @FallGuysGame @FallGuysIT

Technically, you should be able to play on the PS4 or Xbox and unlock the trophies, which can later be unlocked on PS5 as well. But players are forced to unlock the trophies separately.

A Redditor seems to be struggling with a similar issue.

We haven’t come across any workaround that might help you temporarily fix the problem. That means you’ll have to wait until developers come up with a definitive fix.

On the brighter side, the Fall Guys support team acknowledged the issue about two months ago but it seems that no solution has been found to date.

That said, we hope the issue gets fixed soon since players are still unable to unlock their ‘Infallible Trophies’.
