[Updated] Path of Titans players 'unable to login' & 'smart code not working' issues trouble many, fix in the works
New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on July 28, 2022) follows:
Developed by Alderon Games, Path of Titans is an MMO Survival game that lets players take on the role of a dinosaur. The closed beta went live on July 27.
That said, many players seem to be facing an issue with the account linking as they are unable to login or their smart code is not working.
The game is repeatedly preventing its users from logging in or asking them to fill a code that they can’t even use.
Path of Titans players are mostly reporting that either they are not getting the code or the code with six zeros is not working. We’ve added a few reports about the problem below for reference:
@pathoftitans why can’t I get a code it just shows 0 0 0 0 0 0
I literally get a 000000 smart code and have no idea what to do because the code is non existant?
According to reports, the website or server issues prevent them from logging in, however, this has slowly improved and most users are able to get through.
But the main issue where the Path of Titans activation code is not working still persists. For some odd reason, players are getting six zeros as the code, but when they enter it, the activation fails.
It’s likely that this too is a part of the ongoing server issues due to the massive number of players jumping on board to try out the game.
Luckily, a fix for the issues is currently in the works as confirmed by the team a few hours ago on Twitter, but there’s no ETA for a complete resolution of the problem.
That being said, we will update this story as events unfold.
Update 1 (August 03)
10:33 am (IST): Path of Titans support on Twitter has confirmed that servers are now back up. Also, we haven’t come across any fresh reports regarding smart code not working or login issues which suggests that they have now been resolved.
