Released in December 2018, Brawl Stars is a MOBA third-person shooting game developed and published by Supercell, the same studio that brought us the likes of Clash Royale and Clash of Clans.

Over the years, the developers have added several new game modes with different objectives. It also happens to be the latest title from Supercell to cross the $1 billion lifetime revenue mark.

While undoubtedly super fun to play, many have faced issues like the game freezing or lagging while using Super after Deep Sea Brawl update and using Serve Ice Cold and Power Surge Gadget before dying activating Star Power.

Adding to the trouble, Brawl Stars players are now getting a Server Error 43 message whenever they play Duels (1,2,3,4,5).

Reportedly, the error appears whenever the player wins a duel and requires them to restart the game if they want to continue playing.

Some thought it was a connection issue and tried reinstalling the game and switching from Wi-Fi to data and vice versa but nothing helps.

You can see the ‘Server Error 43’ message that Brawl Stars players are getting in the image below.

For me it happens at the win/loss screen. It’s kinda annoying, but considering bs doesn’t really take that long to boot, and trophy and quest progress is recorded, it’s not too big a deal.

@BrawlStars @Frank_Supercell @Dani_Supercell @Paula_Supercell why does it say server error after each match of duels and why can i not use sprays when i get to my second and third brawler in duels?

Thankfully, the game lead at Brawl Stars commented on the matter and said the developers are investigating the issue where players are getting an Error 43 message. However, there is no ETA for the fix.

We’re aware that some of you experience and Error 43 at the battle end screen. We’ve identified the issue but won’t be able to resolve it easily today without a maintenance. Since there’s no negative impact on you, we will keep Duels enabled despite the error message.
