FIFA 22 players not receiving EA Supercharge pack from EA Play, issue acknowledged

Every year, a new installation in the EA FIFA football simulator saga hits the market. The new versions include new gameplay mechanics, new game modes, updated teams, and more.

FIFA 22 arrived in September 2021 as the most recent version in the saga. Among its novelties, ‘HyperMotion’ stands out — an engine that promises to represent the real-life players movements as faithfully as possible.

Recently, EA promised FIFA 22 players a special item pack called ‘Supercharge pack’ for those subscribed to the (paid) EA Play service.

However, many FIFA 22 players who purchased the EA Play subscription are not receiving their corresponding Supercharge pack.

According to multiple reports, the Supercharge pack is missing for many FIFA 22 players even after paying for an EA Play subscription.

i’m so confused. I have a question about The Supercharge Pack You get if you have a Game Pass or Ea Play membership. I have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and I just renewed it today. Tried to claim this Pack on Friday When it came out and it did not appear for me. Can someone help me?

EA Play pack

So I have EA play with game pass ultimate but haven’t been gifted the free “supercharged” pack that is being given to EA play members. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a way to get it?

The issue appears to be affecting all consoles and platforms on which EA FIFA 22 is available.

The EA team is already aware of the bug and is investigating. However, there are no details of an ETA for a fix yet.

In the meantime, there is a potential workaround that you can try. Some users claim that the EA support team resolved the issue by directly dealing with them.

Had the same problem. Apparently they’re working on it. I messaged ea play on Twitter and gave them my psn and they corrected it in around 20 min.
