Are you experiencing issues with Epic game launcher? Well, if the launcher is not opening for you, then you aren’t alone, as we are seeing several similar complaints from users on social media.

Reports say the error “504 Gateway Time-out” gets thrown when they try to load load the Epic game launcher. Take a look:

The complaints are currently not blown up in number but are increasing at a fast rate. It could be a temporary glitch, in which case you’ll have to wait for sometime for things to get back to normal. Anyway, we are keeping a close watch, and will update this story as and when we have something news worthy.

Fortnite Germany account has apparently acknowledged the issue.

Today GTA V has gone free on the Epic Games Store, it seems like it has brought a sudden rush to Epic servers. Currently, many players are experiencing 504 errors. If you are facing a similar issue, fret not, as Epic Games has officially addressed the issue & working to resolve it. Have a look at the official statement down below.

Update (June 01, 2022):

Reports on Downdetector and Twitter suggest that Epic Games Store was recently down or not working for many. However, things appear to have stabilized now.

Update (June 03, 2022):

09:32 am (IST): Many users have taken to Twitter to report that they are getting ‘Open Socket’ error when trying to login.

Unfortunately, the support team has not yet acknowledged this issue. However, we will keep tabs on the latest development and inform you as and when anything noteworthy comes up.

11:15 am (IST): EOS Status on Twitter has acknowledged the issue with login and they are investigating it. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.

We are aware of an issue preventing players from logging in to Epic Services and will provide an update when we have more information. (Source)

Update (June 30, 2022):

12:23 pm (IST): Some players were having issues while signing into their Epic Games account, which is why they were unable to access anything via Epic Games Launcher. However, this issue has since been acknowledged and fixed.
