Hootsuite down, not working or throwing '404' error? You're not alone, issue acknowledged

Hootsuite is a popular platform that serves as a ‘hub’ where you can centralize multiple social networks both to explore and manage them.

The Hootsuite possibilities go further, since it also offers multiple features for monitoring the performance of user-managed social network accounts.

For instance, the service allows you to plan and schedule posts across multiple accounts, post performance reporting, and more.

So, the social platform is an ideal service for Community Managers who are in charge of multiple accounts at the same time.

However, currently Hootsuite servers are down, and users are unable to log in to their accounts.

According to multiple reports, Hootsuite users are currently unable to access their accounts as they just get a ‘404’ error message.

In some cases, users are able to get into the Hootsuite platform after much prodding. However, many of the features of the service won’t work correctly for them.

I had been able to log in on Hootsuite after a while, however, the system gave out many error messages when editing posts. Will scheduled posts I edited today be delivered?

In addition, if you ge past the 404 error the dashbord reports errors and refuses to allow posts. “Invalid date” errors are continous.

The Hootsuite team is already aware of the issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. But there are no details yet about an ETA for the social platform to work normally again.
