SHEIN app & website down or not working? You're not alone

Founded in 2008 by Chris Xu, SHEIN is an online fast-fashion retailer that operates in more than 195 countries. It is known for offering affordable clothes.

The company does not indulge in manufacturing or designing clothes but buys them from the wholesale market in Guangzhou in China. On average, SHEIN adds more than 2,000 new items to their store every day.

It also happens to be one of the fastest-growing fashion retailers in the world, recording a revenue increase of 398 percent from 2019 to 2021.

But according to recent reports from SHEIN users, it looks like the app and website are down or not working at the moment.

Common solutions such as force-stopping the app, switching from data to Wi-Fi, clearing browser cookies, and reinstalling the app aren’t helping either.

Many are expressing their frustration on social media platforms like Twitter. And here are some reports from SHEIN users for whom the website and app are down and not working.

Unfortunately, we are yet to come across any official word from SHEIN on the issue. We hope they soon find out the root cause of the issue and fix it at the earliest.
