In the subscription-based TV segment, Sky is one of the most popular names. The company offers multiple services and options to meet the needs of interested users.

Sky Q is one of the subscription services in the company’s catalog. Sky Q offers a wide availability of its own channels along with access to Netflix, Disney, BBC iPlayer, and ITV Hub.

Sky Q users can access the service through the Sky Q box, the company’s own TV box. This class of devices transform traditional TVs into Smart TVs, or add additional features to current Smart TVs.

However, currently many Sky Q box users are facing an issue where they have no signal on ITV2 HD channel.

Itv2 on my Sky Q main box and mini boxes no signal

On both our Sky Q main box and mini boxes we have lost signal for ITV2. It’s only ITV2 that’s missing. We have done the troubleshooting of unplugging main box for 30 seconds and rebooting but still no signal. Please help. It’s driving me nuts. No bad weather either.

No signal on ITV 2

We’ve had no signal for ITV 2 for the last 24 hours. Sky Q hasn’t recorded Love Island & still saying no satellite signal this morning. All the other channels (including all ITV ones) are working? Anyone else have the same problem?

Affected Sky Q box users have been facing the problem for almost 3 days now:

Only ITV2 channel affected, other ITV channels are available

It’s worth pointing out that the issue is only affecting ITV2 HD in the ITV suite. Other channels like ITV2+1 are working properly.

It’s saying I’ve got no signal (only on that channel), but itv2 +1 works fine.
