Barclays online banking problem

While the Chase bank outage is still not completely over yet, we are now seeing reports of Barclays online banking being down which has resulted in login issues for users.

If you are affected, worry not, as the banking institution is aware of the problem and working to fix it:

We’re sorry, you might have a problem logging in to our Online Banking right now – we’re working to fix this. You can still use our Mobile Banking app or Telephone Banking to manage your account.

Some Vodafone UK users are now reporting issues with the carrier’s network.

Bank of Ireland app not working

Some Bank of Ireland app users have also been facing issues today. The bank has acknowledged the problem.

WeTransfer servers acting glitchy

Many WeTransfer users are complaining about slow downloads and server issues.

No official info on this problem so far.

Update 1 (Sept. 27, 2019)

Of late, Bank of Ireland (BOI) app users are complaining the app is down and encountering login issues. Take a look at how some complainants word the glitch:

What’s good is that @talktoBOI has officially acknowledged the issue while reverting back to users with responses like:

Apologies about the inconvenience this has caused again. Yes, there seem to be a problem at the moment.We will raised this with our support team who will investigate this. You can still logon via a desktop or the BOI website.

it appears that some customers are having difficulties. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to you today. Online banking can still be accessed through a browser on your phone.

While the glitch is taken care of, users are being suggested to go for the website as it’s still functional.

Update 2 (Sept. 27, 2019)

BOI app’s login issue has now been resolved.

Some customers were experiencing difficulty while logging into the 365 app earlier but this has been resolved now.

Update 3 (May 27, 2022)

04:41 pm (IST): Many users have taken to Twitter to report that the Bank of Ireland app is currently down or not working for them.

Fortunately, the support team has acknowledged this issue and said that they are working to resolve it.

07:11 pm (IST): It seems that the recent issue with the Bank of Ireland app has been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh user reports on Twitter.

05:32 pm (IST): Many users have taken to Twitter to report that the Bank of Ireland app is currently down or not working for them.

Luckily, the support team has already acknowledged the issue and said that they are currently investigating it.

07:13 pm (IST): It appears that the recent outage with Bank of Ireland has been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh user reports on Twitter.

04:13 pm (IST): Bank of Ireland users are unable to log into their accounts due to an outage (1, 2).

The Bank of Ireland support team revealed that they are working on a fix, but there is no ETA yet.
