COD: Vanguard 'H4 Blixen' challenges not tracking, issue yet to be acknowledged
Call of Duty Vanguard is undoubtedly one of the best World War II FPS games of all time. Launched in November last year, the game explores the birth of special forces at the end of the war.
Activision thought it would be better if they changed the game’s development studio from Raven Software to Sledgehammer Games.
That said, the developers recently released the Season 3 Reloaded update that brings in a new map, several bug fixes, and the H4 Blixen SMG.
And as is the case with every new gun, players will have to complete a set of challenges to unlock it.
Many say the issue is frustrating since it is preventing them from unlocking and using the weapon. Players have already tried relaunching the game, trying out a different game mode, and restarting their system but nothing seems to help.
Below are some reports from Call of Duty Vanguard players for whom the H4 Blixen SMG challenges are not tracking.
@SHGames can you fix the h4 unlock challenges? I’m genuinely trying to give this game a chance and you guys can’t even give us a working challenge smh. Never again am I loading up vanguard, you guys lost another player I’ve given this game enough chances
Challenge doesn’t track also sliding is still not fixed ever time I go to slide running at full speed I just crouch why am I not surprised that yet again @SHGames have failed. test your game before putting out content we are sick of doing your job for you
Players are angry and wondering if Vanguard developers do test their updates before making the changes on the live server. Also, we are yet to come across any official word on the matter from Sledgehammer Games.
We hope they soon fix the issue with H4 Blixen challenges not tracking so players can unlock and try out the newly released SMG. When they do, we will update this space to reflect the same so stay tuned for more information.
