New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on May 19, 2022) follows:

Part of the Pokemon series, Pokemon Home is both a Nintendo Switch game and a free mobile app that is developed by ILCA. It is a cloud-based storage for Pokemon.

The app also features the Global Trading System which was excluded from Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The mobile app offers two plans – a free basic plan and a premium plan, with the basic plan allowing users to place up to 30 Pokemon.

That said, Pokemon Home users say they are getting error 10015 and error 2-ALZTA-0005 when trying to move Pokemon to Home (1,2,3,4,5). The issue seems to have surfaced after the recent v2.0 update.

It looks like the issue has made Pokemon Home completely unusable for those affected. Some have already tried reinstalling the app and clearing app data and cache but nothing seems to help right now.

You can see in the image below what the error 10015 looks like for those affected.

Anybody else getting error 10015 when trying to move Pokemon into Home? I looked it up and it says this error occurs when you try to move in hacked Pokemon, but I’m literally trying to move regular Pokemon that I caught myself in PLA…I deleted the app and am redownloading, I’ll do some testing then check back in with my findings but I hope it works because now I have to redo my living dex since it didn’t save -_-

Update on Error 10015…Unfortunately it looks like it has to do with hacked Pokemon. I just tested it on another file and transfering back and forth works. I think if you have any hacked Pokemon on your Home you’ve been flagged and saving no longer works =( I could be wrong, but that is my only explanation as my other profiles work…my main is years worth of collections so I cannot tell which are hacked or not since they’re from trades and I have over 5000 Pokemon in my Home
