FIFA 22 players not receiving Bundesliga pack, issue acknowledged (workaround inside)

Released in October last year, FIFA 22 is the latest installment in the long-running franchise. It also happens to be the second last title in the series, with FIFA recently announcing that they will be parting ways with EA.

While FIFA is yet to find an alternative to Electronic Arts, the game studio said they are working on a new title called EA Sports FC which will be coming in the summer of 2023.

But ever since its launch, players have been complaining about various bugs and issues such as the PlayStation Plus pack not being available and the missing Marquee Matchup and Icon SBC.

Adding to the long list of bugs, FIFA 22 players are now reporting that they are not receiving their Bundesliga pack players (1,2,3,4,5). Some say they are getting ‘Sorry this pack is no longer available’ error message when they tried opening the pack.

The problem seems to be frustrating many players who just want to collect Bundesliga players. Below are some reports from FIFA 22 players who are yet to receive rewards from their Bundesliga pack.

Hello, I just experienced problem with 2×84+ Bundesliga pack in SBC. I made it normally and when I tried to open it, I had message saying that the pack is not available anymore and now I dont have the pack anywhere. Could you please help me with this problem? Thank you.

There was a bug with my Bundesliga 84+ x 2 pack. It glitched out as I went to open it; therefore, I believe it was compromised. I do not feel like I have received what I paid for with the SBC and wish this would be rectified immediately. Look forward to your response and take care.

As it turns out, EA is aware of the FIFA 22 issue where some players are yet to receive their Bundesliga pack and said it is currently under investigation. They also shared a workaround that requires players to log out of Ultimate Team and back in.

Edit: In some cases logging out of Ultimate Team completely and back in may cause this to reappear properly or for the items to be found in your unassigned pile. Please try logging out and back in before checking the store to see if that’s the case. If you’re still not seeing this afterwards we are investigating, so thanks for continuing to hang in there while we’re having a look!
