New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on May 2, 2022) follows:

Google Workspace (or ‘Google Apps for Work’) is a suite made up of office automation and productivity software products.

The Google Workspace suite includes Google Sheets, the company’s alternative in the spreadsheet segment. The service is an excellent alternative to the well-known Microsoft Excel.

Like all Google services, Sheets is cloud-based. You can access the service through a browser and sync all the changes you make between all your devices.

One of the features that Google Sheets offers is the ‘Timeline Chart’. But currently, many users are facing an issue where they get a ‘No loader available’ error message when trying to set a Timeline Chart.

Google Sheets Timeline Chart ‘No loader available’ error

According to multiple reports, the Google Sheets Timeline Chart feature is not available for many.

The Timeline Chart allows you to create files with important events in chronological order. In this way, you can set goals with a deadline, among other things.

That said, Google Sheets users are getting a ‘No loader available’ when trying to set a Timeline Chart.

The Timeline Chart in Sheets has stopped working and now has a “No loader available” error.

On April 25, 2022, I noticed that the chart type “Timeline Chart” isn’t working and instead displays the message “No loader available”. I rely on the Timeline Charts to plot data in chronological order. I’m using Sheets via the Chrome browser on a Windows PC. I’m hoping that the Timeline Chart is being improved and not removed. Let me know if you know what’s going on.

Thanks.

Timeline chart, broken ?

I have a really cool timeline chart that I updated daily for something in tracking, all of a sudden that chart has broken and says “no loader available”

I tested by creating another one and same issue on different data.

Anyone else have this issue, trying to find out if it’s a global issue

Until an official announcement comes from Google, there are a couple of workarounds you can try. First, Google Sheets ‘Timeline Chart’ option is available to some through Microsoft Edge browser.

Also, you can use the basic ‘Line Chart’ as a temporary replacement for the Timeline Chart:
