But as is the case with every online service, users encounter bugs and issues every once in a while.

That said, recent reports from users suggest that the Regal Movies app and website are currently not working and loading their purchased tickets (1,2,3,4,5).

The problem is preventing many from purchasing or showing tickets. Others say they were charged for tickets but never got one.

Generic troubleshooting solutions such as clearing app data and cache, clearing cookies, and reinstalling the app don’t seem to help.

Below are some reports from users complaining about Regal Movies not working or loading their purchased tickets.

I’m trying to get tickets to a few movies that I’m planning to see on Saturday. Doctor Strange (3D), The Northman, and The Unbearable Talent (Nick Cage movie). The issue I have is when I press the showtime for the films instead of showing Unlimited and $0. it shows matinee adult and adult with the ticket prices. Are you guys having the same issue as well and do you guys think this error will affect me buying the tickets in person with unlimited?

Unable to sign back into account. Currently having an issue where I was signed out of my account on the app, and whenever I try to sign back in I get stuck on a loading screen before getting an error message. I tried changing my password, but after putting in my email I again got stuck on a loading screen. Anyone have any fixes?
