Lost Ark Guild donations or contributions not working on Vykas server after crash, issue acknowledged

Launched worldwide in February this year, Lost Ark is one of the most played MMORPGs of the year.

Published by Amazon Games, it gained massive popularity and went on to become the second most popular game on Steam in under 24 hours.

With a questline that primarily focuses on PvE exploration, the 2.5D isometric game encourages players to craft, hunt, and collect achievements and complete quests.

But as is the case with every online title, players have complained about issues such as the game crashing when loading Guardian Raids or Chaos Dungeon and Harmony and Life shards disappearing for many.

And as if this wasn’t enough, Lost Ark players are now saying Guild donations or contributions are not working on the Vykas server (1,2,3,4,5).

The problems seem to have surfaced after the server crashed sometime last week. Players say they tried restarting the game but it did not help.

After the odd server crash a few days ago a few things happened, firstly our new guild research we selected that day was instantly complete, the other research however increased to 202 days to completion. I had already donated to the guild that day with all three options and supported the guild research. When this happened I was able to do it again so I did, the the servers went down for about 2 min and we could rejoin but the issues were still there. It’s now 2 days later and I still can’t donate to the guild or help with research.

i have not been able to donate silver on any of my characters since the Vykas server crashed multiple times earlier this week. what is going on? i am requesting compensation because other servers are fine. I lost 3 days worth of guild bloodstones on 6 characters. I am still unable to donate silver or receive bloodstones.

Many are frustrated since they are losing out on guild bloodstones on multiple characters. As it turns out, Lost Ark developers are aware of the issue where players are unable to make guild donations or contributions on the Vykas server.
