@Mimecast From the status page, there’s a United States B Grid that seems operational (United States Grid is Degraded – not working for us at all). Is there a way for end users to switch to the B Grid?

Mimecast users need their Mimecast ID in order to complete a bug report, but they can’t access it when the platform is down. So, some users request the company to remove the ID requirement to report issues.
@Mimecast can you please drop the requirement for mimecast ID when reporting a system outage. Can’t get to ID when your system is down. Thanks a lot!!!!
