[Updated] FUT Mobile players unable to claim Spring Showdown rewards, issue acknowledged

FUT (FIFA Ultimate Team) is a recurring game mode in the EA FIFA football simulator saga. Since its release years ago, FUT has been included in every game in the series.

FUT is not only present on consoles, but also on mobile devices. In fact, FUT is a mode that becomes even more important in FIFA Mobile.

That said, FUT Mobile players are currently facing an issue that affects the claiming of certain rewards.

More specifically, FUT Mobile players are currently unable to claim their daily Spring Showdown rewards or tickets (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

FUT Mobile tends to receive new events and challenges on a constant basis. The Spring Showdown Event is currently taking place.

As part of the event, players must claim daily tickets or rewards. However, currently an FUT Mobile bug prevents players from claiming their Spring Showdown rewards (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

According to reports, players only receive a ‘challenge failed’ error message when trying to claim event rewards.

-How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% – 9%)
-What happens when the bug occurs? 1) I am unable to claim my daily ticket for spring Showdown for 27 April 2022 (GMT +8) 2) during the UCL challenge, I receive “challenge failed” message even though I fought to a draw. And I am unable to continue the event and lose all rewards.

FUT Rewards spring

I am unable to claim today’s spring showdown daily rewards. So far, I have missed many such rewards and I am not going to sit quiet this time. Resolve this as soon as possible!

Apparently, the problem started after the most recent maintenance the game received. Since then, players are unable to progress through the FUT Mobile Spring Showdown event or claim its rewards.

The EA team is already aware of the issue in question and working on a fix. However, there are no details on an ETA for its deployment yet.

01:09 pm (IST): FIFA support on Twitter has informed players that they are investigating an issue that is preventing FUT content from being released.

And due to this issue, the next FUT Season and Seasonal Objectives will face a delay.
