Coinbase delayed deposit issue gets acknowledged

Coinbase is one of the most important cryptocurrency exchanges. It offers many options to store, buy, sell and use your tokens.

However, lately, the Coinbase platform has been experiencing problems that affect its use. A couple of days ago there was a server crash that prevented users from being able to access their crypto assets.

Now, many Coinbase users are facing a ‘delayed deposit’ issue where deposit operations are taking longer to complete (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

According to reports, cryptoactive deposits made to Coinbase accounts are experiencing notable delays. In some cases, the delay can even be up to 3 days.

Has anyone else experienced IN network delays of deposits into their acct for crypto. I have had 3 deposits of SHIB into my acct and its not showing available for over 3 days now. Whats going on?

Coinbase just stole my 1.3k$ BTC transfer.

Faced a weird issue with transfer BTC to my Coinbase account. I have sent BTC from my wallet to my Coinbase account, got confirmation for that transaction and … just got nothing. Even after three days of waiting there is still no BTC added to my account, so it looks like Coinbase just stole my money.

I’ve tried to reach out their support but it doesn’t work if your account verified outside of US, UK or Ireland, so no help here.

In some cases, users are even unable to send a deposit to their Coinbase accounts. They just get an ‘Error ID: 33a7f9a8’ message when doing so.

Frustrating to the extreme. Whenever I navigate to my portfolio on coinbase pro and select USD and then hit “deposit”, I get this:

We are sorry for the inconvenience an unexpected error occurred. Please try again and if the problem persists, restart the application. Error ID: 33a7f9a8

Restarted application and phone to no avail. Customer service was useless and told me I’ll get an email within 24 hours. Anyone encountering this?

The Coinbase team is already aware of the issue in question and is working on resolving it. However, there are no details yet on an ETA for a fix.

We’ve identified difficulty completing some BTC deposits for a portion of our customers. These funds are safe, but delayed, and we’re working as quickly as possible to complete these deposits. We’ll post updates to our status page https://status.coinbase.com.
