[Updated] Fortnite 'unable to use Ziplines between wind turbines' & 'Fishing Collection Book progress resetting' issues get acknowledged

Original story (published on March 22, 2022) follows:
Fortnite received the new Chapter 3 Season 2 update with new content a couple of days ago. However, it seems that the update also brought a set of issues and bugs.
For instance, many players are experiencing FPS drops when using DirectX 12 and crashing issues after the update.
Now, Fortnite players are reporting issues affecting gameplay mechanics like using Ziplines between platforms or wind turbines. Also, the Fishing Collection Book progress is resetting for some.
Fortnite players unable to use Ziplines between wind turbines
Currently many Fortnite players cannot correctly use Ziplines between wind turbines and platforms to facilitate movement (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

Same here. I can’t get on the zip line between platforms on the island and between the two power line towers. I can get up to the power line towers and down from the platforms on the island, but that’s it. It seems like I should be able to get on the ziplines. I get the purple halo, but it just doesn’t start.

In some cases, players can zipline up to the top of the electrical towers, but not zipline back on the way down.
@FortniteStatus the zip lines that run down from the top of the power towers (or whatever they are called) are broken. You can zipline up to the top of the electrical towers but not zipline back down… sometimes you get fall damage and sometimes you dont

Some players suggest that using the double or triple jump before using the Ziplines could help it work. However, the general behavior of the feature is still erratic.

Fortnite Fishing Collection Book progress resetting for some
Some Fortnite players are also experiencing an issue where the Fishing Collection Book progress is resetting. The reset can occur suddenly and without apparent explanation (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Fish collection removed
I made some pretty solid headway on my C3S2 fish collection during the first 15 or so games games. Had identified 13 fish. For some reason all my progress is lost now. Have to start over again. Anyone else experiencing this?

@FortniteStatus @FortniteGame Fishing seems to be a bit broken. I know the fish get reset at the beginning of the season, But I have been fishing now for 2 days, and got mile stones, but all the fish are not showing up in fish caught. They were ! but then I closed out and opened.

The issue is frustrating many players who see the result of their efforts simply disappear without being able to prevent it.
Epic Games team is already aware
Epic Games is already aware of both Fortnite glitches (players unable to use Ziplines between wind turbines and Fishing Collection Book progress resetting). The company reflects them on their public Trello board.

Update 1 (April 02)
10:49 am (IST): According to Fortnite’s official Trello board, the issue with Ziplines will be fixed in the next game update.
Update 2 (April 05)
11:07 am (IST): Fortnite on its official Trello board has confirmed that a fix for the Fishing Collection Book progress resetting issue will be released in the next update.
Update 3 (April 15)
05:04 pm (IST): Fortnite has now confirmed that they have fixed the Fishing Collection Book progress issue.
