sky go does not work on windows 11 or chromebook

being a sky customer of nearly 20 years , i’m dismayed to see that sky go now does not work on either my windows 11 laptop or my chromebook, both which seemed to stop working last week or so. I see others are affected too. Can someone come back to me and let me know what is happening on these as if it’s not fixed , i will be cancelling sky as this is one of the main reasons i have it !! thanks

Some users suggest that the issue started from a recent Chrome OS update.

Not sure what has caused all of this to happen, I think chromebook OS updated in the last day or two, this is the only real difference that might have caused this issue.
