[Updated] COD Warzone 'Buy Station resetting to top selection' when using a controller bug gets official acknowledgement

COD Warzone is a successful battle royale set in the universe of the iconic Call of Duty saga. It has been available since early 2020 as a free-to-play game on multiple platforms and consoles.

COD Warzone receives content on a constant basis to keep players interested. Each seasonal update brings new weapons, items, skins, operators, and more.

However, lately many COD Warzone players have been facing an issue related to erratic cursor behavior on certain menus (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).

More specifically, COD Warzone is experiencing a glitch in the Buy Station menu where the selection cursor is automatically resetting or returning to top selection when using a controller.

According to multiple reports, using a controller in COD Warzone is causing the Buy Station menu cursor to return to the top automatically. Apparently, the issue occurs on all platforms.

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone else (on controller) had noticed that once they had started scrolling though the buy station, the selection would start to lag back to a previous option, or restart back to the armor plates/buy back teammate, forcing you to repeat the process twice or more in order to reach your designated item. Is this just a me issue?

Buy Station glitch – clicking down once on the D-Pad on PS4 Controller, goes down then reverts back up. Fix this ASAP.

As title suggests, has happened multiple times, I click down the buy station items and it keeps going back up on its own, is happening to team mates as well so not controller issue.

Apologies if this has already been posted. Fix this ASAP Raven!

The issue is frustrating many players when navigating through the Buy Station menu options, as it forces them to constantly repeat the scrolling process.

Raven Software is already aware of the issue that is affecting many COD Warzone players. They are currently investigating it, but there are no details yet on the estimated arrival date for a fix.

[All Platforms] Buy Station: When using a controller and opening a Buy Station, Players will notice the UI selection resets to the top of the list when scrolling upwards.
