Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, the latest installment in Ubisoft’s action-adventure saga that arrived in late 2020, continues to receive new content.
Dawn of Ragnarök is the latest expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. There is a free DLC called Twilight Pack with additional content for those who pre-ordered the expansion.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Twilight Pack DLC offers a new gear set, skins for mounts and birds, and a large axe. However, some players are facing problems when trying to claim the DLC (1, 2, 3).
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players unable to redeem Twilight Pack DLC
Currently, some Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players are unable to redeem the Twilight Pack DLC.
According to reports, when players try to claim the DLC code, they only get the error messages ‘Something Went Wrong’ and ‘An error occurred while trying to send your request’.
Is anyone else having issues submitting & redeeming their pre order DLC code for the PS4 AC Valhalla Ragnarök Twilight Pack and getting the following error messages?”

I picked up the game this morning and was given a code to redeem via Ubisoft/Redeem, however, i have been unable all day to redeem the code.

In some cases, the system accepts the code to claim the DLC, but then it appears without a picture in the add-on section and the player receives a ‘content not found’ error message.
Hello folks,
I was able to redeem my retail code and in the add-on section ragnarök is displayed as „owned“ but without a picture. Instead there is a black screen and a never ending loading icon. As soon as I press „go to store“, an error message occurs and it says „content not found“
Although I pre-ordered the dlc, I haven’t received the twilight bonus. It’s not even shown in the menu.

It’s worth pointing out that some gamers can’t even claim the code to download the digital version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (the base game).
Ubisoft team is aware
The Ubisoft team is already aware of the issues that some players are facing (1, 2). The company is currently investigating about it, but there is no ETA for a fix yet.

We’ve received reports of players who are unable to redeem the preorder code for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarök.
The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. Once additional information becomes available, we will let everyone know through these forums.

Update 1 (March 17)
07:17 pm (IST): Some players are now reporting (1, 2, 3) that they are getting redeem code for PS4 instead of PS5. Fortunately, Ubisoft support has acknowledged this issue and said that they are investigating it.
