New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on February 21, 2022) follows:

The Samsung Galaxy S22 series of mobile devices was recently launched. However, the Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup (its predecessors) still has some of the most premium smartphones with a long future ahead.

Samsung is one of the companies that offers a longer period of software support for its phones. As expected, the high-end models will have the priority to receive updates.

As an example of the above, One UI 4.0 stable update (based on Android 12) has been available for the S21 series (Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra) since mid-November last year.

Since then, the company has been working on One UI 4.1. As its name suggests, it will be an incremental update with some new features and improvements that Samsung smartphone users will appreciate.

Now, we have a potential One UI 4.1 rollout date to the series thanks to tipster Matthew Reiter.

Samsung Galaxy S21 series One UI 4.1 rollout could start at February-end

Reiter shared with us some screenshots of an alleged conversation with the Verizon support team. The conversation was about the arrival date for One UI 4.1 update.

In the screenshots, Verizon support employee notes that the One UI 4.1 rollout will start between the end of this month (February) and the beginning of March, according to their information.

In another answer, Verizon Support points out that the UI 4.1 update release for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will probably start at the end of this month (February).

Could be just for the Ultra variant at the beginning

However, it seems that only the Galaxy S21 Ultra model will receive the One UI 4.1 update in that period. At the moment there are no clues as to whether the vanilla S21 and S21+ will receive the update at the same time.

It seems unlikely that the entire S21 series will receive the One UI 4.1 update at once. However, at the moment this is just speculation.

We will update this story when new details or tips about the Samsung Galaxy S21 One UI 4.1 update come out.
