Hello guys, i have a brand new Fire TV Stick 4K Max.

Constantly freezes no matter what I’m doing. I have a great wifi mesh system, updated. I ended up buying an adaper so could use ethernet directly. Tried absolutely everything, cleared cache and data and factory reset. I mainly use Plex from my Synology NAS.

So far I would say the device is absolute piece of garbage. I’ve looked at other forums and there are many thousands of the same reports. Does anyone have any idea please?

The Amazon team is already aware of the issue where the device gets stuck on the boot screen. The company is looking into it, but there is no ETA for a fix yet.
