Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why Discovery Plus isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues with the streaming service in the past couple of hours.

A quick look at the micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many others affected by the same issue. As per reports, while some say the service isn’t working or broken for them, others say it throws an error or notification stating ‘An internal server error occurred’.

For a quick glance, here’s how some of the complainants word the problem:

Any official word on the matter? Negative, as of now. We’re yet to locate a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.

02:11 pm (IST): Discovery+ support has now acknowledged this issue and they are working to fix it.

Update 2 (February 23, 2022)

11:45 am (IST): Discovery+ support has now confirmed that the outage has been resolved and subscribers can stream their shows without any issues.

10:01 am (IST): According to fresh reports (1, 2, 3, 4), Discovery Plus app is currently not working, loading, or stuck on logo screen for some users.

05:56 pm (IST): Lack of fresh reports indicate that the recent outage has now been resolved.
