Lost Ark is a free-to-play MMO from Amazon Game Studios that recently hit the global market after more than two years since being released in South Korea.
However, it seems that the rollout of the global version of the game is getting a bit rough. We have already covered some issues that players have encountered (1, 2, 3).
And now fresh reports can confirm some Lost Ark players are facing other issues related to product inventory and Marie’s Secret Shop (1, 2, 3, 4).
Lost Ark items missing from product inventory
Through Amazon you can buy items and link them to your Steam account. However, some of these items are missing from the product inventory for some Lost Ark players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15).
For instance, the founders pack that players could buy to start the game with certain benefits is missing. The items are in the player’s DLC list, but they are not available in the inventory (1, 2, 3, 4).
No platinum founder’s pack in product inventory
I bought the plat pack off Amazon and claimed it on my Steam account today during downtime (since Amazon was still selling it and I could claim it in Steam properly, and it shows up in the “DLCs” section in the Steam page, I assumed it’d work). But there’s nothing in my product inventory now. Anyone else experience this?

Marie’s Secret Shop not working
Some Lost Ark players are also facing issues with Mari’s Shop. It seems that the store is most of the time under maintenance and players cannot access it (1, 2, 3).

Can we talk about how Mari’s Shop has been down 90% of the time on NA East servers? I get Europe is having it WAY worse right now, but I’ve been stuck at gear score 596 for two days now since the honing probability is so low. It would be really nice to be able to spend a few blue crystals to increase the probability so I can finally reach tier 2 content… Kind of crazy how long an in game shop is in maintenance at this point.

Both issues acknowledged
The development team is already aware of both issues (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11). Currently the company is already working on a patch that will arrive in the next update.
We have received reports and have confirmed that items are missing from Product Inventory, the Store is unavailable in-game, and Crystalline Auras are missing from characters.
To address this specific issue, we need to have a client patch. That patch is currently being built by Smilegate RPG and we are hoping to include this fix in our next update which we are prepping for this coming week. It is our understanding that after this patch is delivered, most of the major commerce related issues will work correctly.

It is also confirmed that the loss of the Crystalline Aura before the time period ends is related to this glitch.
