Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6 was one of the best games to come out in 2021. With support for both Ray Tracing and FSR, both players and critiques have praised it for its visuals and improved gameplay mechanics.

Players also said they liked the urban environment, which according to many makes the game more interesting. But ever since its release, like almost every AAA title that was released in 2021, Far Cry 6 has had its fair share of bugs and glitches.

Dani Rojas

While most of these are pretty insignificant, some glitches like the spawning in ocean bug and the one where players are stuck in a dog cage make it completely unplayable.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Far Cry 6 players are now reporting (1,2,3,4) that Dani has stopped singing or humming along with the radio.

Players said she hasn’t hummed in a long time, which is really weird. Many seem to be missing Dani’s singing and are wondering if she will ever sing again.

Some said they wanted to hear her sing so bad that they reinstalled the game altogether but it is not helping either. Below are some reports from players who miss Dani humming have to say.

Hello!. In the beginning of the game i was happily surprised to hear Dani singing along to the song Havana and also Cancion Bonita. This is actually the best thing about fc6, every time i hear the radio i hope shes gonna start to sing. But for some reason she has stopped singing. I saw on yt that apparently there is about 10 songs she should sing along to but i’ve only heard her sing to the 2 songs i mentioned, but now she doesent even sing along to them either. Is this a bug?, I have talked to other far cryers that have the same problem. This is easily the best part about fc6 and i really really wanna hear her sing again. Please help me!.

Some reports suggest that the issue has been affecting users for the last 4 months.

Dani not singing/humming while listening to music
I’m 27 hours into the game, been using cars for a great deal of that time, and not once have I heard Dani sing or hum. I’ve played around 18 of those hours entirely in coop and my boyfriend noted, multiple times, that both our characters would sing along songs on the radio, but I have yet to experience that. Does anyone know if I’m just extremely unlucky, or if my game is bugged?

Thankfully, Ubisoft shed some light on the matter and said that the issue where Dani is not singing is currently under investigation.

Just to reiterate again, Dani doesn’t sing during specific missions. That said, we’re definitely looking into this (even if we haven’t been able to reproduce the error on our end – she sings for us!) after we’ve had so many reports of this. I’ve added these reports to our investigation too. Sorry for the inconvenience while we look into this – I know Dani’s singing is very lovely and charming – let me know if there’s any questions in the meantime.

Unfortunately, they did not share any ETA on when Dani will sing along the radio once again. Nonetheless, when Ubisoft fixes the issue, we will let you know so stay tuned.
