The Elder Scrolls Online is one of the most famous massively multiplayer online games to date. Released in 2014, it is developed by ZeniMax Online Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

The gameplay involves the players completing several quests, exploration, and completing random events but lacks a single-player offline campaign. It sold more than 15 million copies by the end of 2020.

Unfortunately, like all massively multiplayer online role-playing games, The Elder Scrolls Online players are susceptible to bugs and issues that surface quite often like the Online UI error on Xbox.

The game also has several achievements that players can flaunt that display under their name in-game. Now, The Elder Scrolls Online players are complaining that they are unable to get the Planesbreaker or Trifecta achievement.

In case you don’t know, the Planesbreaker achievement is one of the hardest achievements in-game. Players have to spend hours and grind the game under very hard circumstances to unlock it.

Those affected say that the issue is frustrating them with some reports dating back to September last year.

Yesterday my raid team managed to complete vRG Trifecta (HM, speed run, no death) but were not awarded the soul savior achievement or the will of stone achievement. Here are some different PoV’s of our run, and logs for the night as well as the ticket number for the ticket I opened on behalf of my raid group. We compared our scores to other PB scores to confirm we didn’t miss any adds, as well as going back to the start to look for any adds we might have missed and are certain we did not miss any of the required adds. Please look into this matter for us and award the bugged achievements.

ZOS Support has been yikes lately. Planesbreaker (Rockgrove trifecta) bugged twice.
TLDR: 2 teams got planesbreaker, something you spend hours on (with video evidence and logs and twitch video as well). Both just got pretty awful responses from zos. There’s been a lot of drama with their support staff recently. Raid team got banned, traders got banned and unbanned without any notice, and what not! I know they hire contractors, so maybe power trip? Idk. This is definitely abnormal though. Lots of high-frequency bad PR stuff in a very short duration of time?

As it turns out, reports are still coming in suggesting that The Elder Scrolls Online Planesbreaker bug has been fixed yet.

Fortunately, Besthesda Softworks has finally acknowledged The Elder Scrolls Online Planesbreaker achievement bug and said that it is currently under investigation.

Our teams internally are aware of the bug. However the bug has not been reproduced internally yet, making it difficult to identify the core issue and find a resolution. As noted by others, the bug does not occur all of the time. The team is still working to see if the bug can be reproduced.
We are still actively investigating this issue. However, we also understand this is very frustrating for everyone who has achieved this accomplishment within the game so far, and by extension the greater community who wants to celebrate this achievement.

However, they did not share any timeframe on when it will be fixed. Rest assured, we will be keeping an eye out on the matter and let you know once we get hold of more information.
