Rainbow Six Extraction is the latest installment in Ubisoft’s saga of tactical FPS games. It has been available for only a few days.
To reward the loyalty of fans of the saga, players of the new Rainbow Six Extraction will receive a Hive Mind Vigil bundle if they fulfilled certain challenges in Rainbow Six Siege.
However, it seems that this is not working properly for many players. According to multiple reports, there are some affected by an issue where the mentioning bundle cannot be claimed or is not available.
Rainbow Six Extraction Hive Mind Vigil bundle unavailable
The aforementioned Rainbow Six Siege event took place about 5 months ago. Upon completing the challenges, current Rainbow Six Extraction players would receive the Hive Mind Vigil bundle.
But, some players complain that they do not have access to the mentioned bundle. This is not available nor can it be claimed in any section of the game (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

I remember 5 months ago during the containment event I got it, heck I post about it 5 months ago once I claimed it. Before you guys say go to the R6 extraction rewards on ubisoft connect, I have, it says its locked and I cant unlock it? Anyone know why this has happened – is it an issue in game as I know I did it 100%.

Is anyone not able to get the Vigil bundle from Ubisoft connect? I’m pretty sure I complete the challenge when the Siege event was out but I can’t unlock it.
As I said in the title I’m pretty sure I completed the challenge to unlock the Hive Mind set during the Siege Containment event. I always complete every event challenge and I remember completing this one too.

Even showing proof couldn’t be enough
Some players report contacting Ubisoft about this issue, and the response was not encouraging. Apparently, the company’s support team will request proof that the challenges were completed.

But, even if the player is able to offer proof, that does not guarantee that they will get the bundle. Some report that this is what happened to them.

Ubisoft team is already aware
Currently, the Ubisoft team is aware of the reported issue. And, the company is currently working on developing a fix. But, there is still no estimated arrival date for it.
