A few days ago, ‘Twitter Blue’ was launched as the first subscription service of the successful microblogging social network. It offers a set of new features/perks to improve the user experience.
However, since its launch, there are some users who are not very happy with the new subscription. This is because, after paying for it, upgrades are not available to them (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
In particular, after paying for the Twitter Blue service, some users continue to receive constant promts inviting them to subscribe and cannot enjoy the new features (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
Twitter Blue subscription issue, new features unavailable
Reports related to the matter indicate that the Twitter Blue subscription system does not work correctly for some users, as the system does not detect that is available in their accounts.
Twitter Blue Broken

I purchase twitter blue through the app on iOS and nothing happened, I can’t see any of the new features. The Twitter blue menu in the app still shows the subscribe screen, if I click the button it says I’m subscribe, but I can’t access any features

I tried subscribing to Twitter Blue. It lets me make a few changes but when I leave the app or try to go to my feed it acts like im not and undoes my access to twitter blue. When I go to twitter blue again to click on subscribe it says im already, but it still just gives me a preview like I don’t have a subscription. Anyone else having an issue with this?

The above means that new perks are not available. Also, there are users who, while trying to sign up for the Twitter Blue service, get stuck in a loop on the payment screen.
Twitter team is aware, official workaround
Currently, the Twitter team is aware of the issues related to Blue service subscription. However, they do not offer information about an ETA for everything to be resolved.
Sorry about that. Our team is working to fix this problem. In the meantime, you can cancel your subscription from the App Store and resubscribe –– you won’t be double charged.

But in the meantime, the company recommends as a workaround to cancel the subscription (from the App Store) and resubscribe. As they say, the system will not charge the subscription again.
To finish, if new events related to this matter arise, we will update this article with all the pertinent information. So, stay tuned.
